Reunion Fees:

Per Single Individual 18 year of age and older:      $35.00

Per Family Household:                                            $75.00

T-shirts (Child):                                                      $10.00

T-shirts (Adult):                                                      $12.00

Reunion Banquet to be held at the Hotel:

    Child (per person, 12 and under)                      $15.00

    Adult (per person)                                            $25.00

Deadline:   May 31, 2004

Transportation:

2- sixteen passenger vans will be rented to provide transportation to and from airport, and to the various entertainment events scheduled.  Please contact either of the individuals below to arrange pickup from the airport.
